Blue Cheese Tasting
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb English Stilton blue cheese
- 1/2 lb domestic Maytag blue cheese
- 1/2 lb Italian gorgonzola blue cheese
- 1/2 lb French roquefort blue cheese
- 1/2 lb Danish blue cheese
- 1 loaf French bread sliced 1/4" thick and toasted
- 1 bn seedless white grapes
- 8 ounce walnuts
Directions
- Divide the cheeses between 8 serving plates. Garnish with the grapes and walnuts. Serve with the croutons.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
