Top these juicy blue cheese stuffed patties with slices of avacado for a seriously aweome burger!

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground sirloin
    • 4oz Blue Cheese (this is the size of the container, I used almost all of it)
    • Fresh Ground Black Pepper (crank that grinder like 5 times)
    • 2 green onions, finely chopped
    • 3-4 big dashesWorcestershire Sauce
    • Pinch of Kosher Salt
    • 3 pieces cooked & cooled bacon crumbled or chopped up
    • 1 Avocado
    • Whole Wheat Buns

    Directions

    1. Heat the grill to medium heat.
    2. In a medium bowl, mix the beef, blue cheese, pepper, onion, Worcestershire, salt and bacon.
    3. Knead the ingredients together and form 4 patties.
    4. Put the patties on the grill and cover for 6 minutes
    5. Flip patties (don't press on them) and cover for another 6 minutes.
    6. Add a minute or two on each side if you want a well done burger. We made these medium-rare.

These burgers look sumptuous....and the suggestion of sweet potatoe fries and beer - my mouth is watering!
