Bloody Mary Blender-Salad
Full of potassium and brimming with freshness, this blender salad is a healthy appetizer or "remedy". Ingredients
- green pepper, 1/4 cup
- celery, 1/4 cup
- onion, 2 Tb
- baby spinach, handful
- tomato paste, 6 oz can
- horseradish, 1 Tb
- Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp
- hot sauce, to taste
- juice of one lemon
- soy sauce, 2 tsp (optional)
- sugar, pinch (optional)
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Pour water in blender then add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and/or sugar and more water, if needed. Vodka optional.
