Blender Chocolate Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 (8 inch) pie shells, unbaked
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar and cocoa. Put ingredients in blender, beginning with lowfat milk, Large eggs, vanilla. Add in sugar, cocoa mix. Blend well. Add in melted butter. Mix very well. Pour into pie shells. Bake. Remove from oven while center is still shaky. Very easy and very good.
