Black Eyed Pea Dip
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pound block of Kraft Old English Cheddar cheese
- 3 (16 ounce.) cans black eyed peas, liquid removed
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce.) can of green chilies
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 jalapeno peppers, minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except peas and bring to a melting simmer. Add in peas and serve with chips or possibly crackers.
