Black Bean Burgers
A classic, delicious Vegetarian burger you'll love! Ingredients
- One 15.5 ounce can black beans
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- one egg
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- dash of paprika
- dash of chili powder
- Lettuce, optional
- tomato, optional
- cheese, optional
- 2-Rolls/Buns of your choice
Directions
- Drain and rinse black beans and place into a small saucepan, cook 10 minutes with 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- Drain again and smash beans well in a mixing bowl, add seasoned breadcrumbs, egg, all seasoning, with clean hands mix well and form two patties
- Place on a baking sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and bake @ 425 F 12 minutes (flip at the halfway point)
