Berrilicious smoothie
Super-simple super-fast super smoothie! Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 small punnet of fresh blueberries
- 1 small punnet of fresh blackberries
- Handful of raspberries
- 150ml plain yogurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
Directions
- CHOP - Roughly chop the banana.
- RINSE - Rinse the berries
- BLEND - Blitz the fruit with the yogurt. Add the milk and blitz again.
