Beer Batter For Fish
Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 c. flat beer (add in salt to flatten beer)
- 1/4 c. flour on dish for dipping fish first
Directions
- Mix flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Make well in center of flour mix and pour in oil and beer, stirring till smooth. Dip fish into plain flour first, then dip in batter and deep fry for 3 to 5 min each.
