Beer Batter For Fish
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. beer, flat
- 2/3 c. flour
- Garlic salt to taste
- Season salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Beat egg, add in 1/3 c. flour and salt. Stir well. Add in beer and remaining flour and seasonings. Dip fish in batter and fry at 375 degrees till brown.
