- 400 g beef tenderloin, salt, pepper, oil, 1 onion, 2 dl leca, ground red pepper, 70g smoked bacon, 1 to 2 pepperoni, 1 to 2 tablespoons tomato puree, 1 dl cream
Directions
- Wash the chopped sirloin strips with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil. Add the finely chopped onions. Re-fry, add stewed, ground pepper and chopped into tiny pieces bacon, chopped hot pepper and tomato paste. Covered short simmer. Serve with potato chips or pasta. Individual servings of meat pour cream.
