Beef Tips And Noodles
Ingredients
- 4 pound boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes, minced
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Warm cooked noodles
Directions
- Dredge beef in flour; brown in warm oil in a large Dutch oven, stirring occasionally. Add in remaining ingredients except noodles. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender. Serve over cooked noodles. Yield 12 to 14 servings.
