    Ingredients

    • 1.5 lbs round steak
    • 3 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic,minced
    • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
    • 2 Tbsp flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp mustard powder
    • pepper
    • 1 -2 beef bouillon cube
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 cup sour cream div. use

    Directions

    1. Freeze meat until top and bottom is frozen.
    2. Slice meat diagonally into very thin strips.
    3. Brown the meat in a large dutch oven.
    4. Add the garlic and onion and cook until limp.
    5. Add the mushrooms and heat well.
    6. Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
    7. Add the water,bouillon cube, and worcestershire sauce.
    8. Cover and cook at a low simmer until meat is tender-about 45 min.
    9. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream and heat.
    10. Top with the remaining sour cream before serving.
    11. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
