Beef & Pepper Stir Fry over Rice
Delicious easy to prepare supper anytime! Ingredients
- 8 ounces Sirloin Steak
- 1/2 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 cup low sodium Beef Stock
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cook rice
Directions
- In a saute pan add some canola oil and the sliced strips of peppers and gently cook to soften, add beef strips (cut against the grain) and cook 4 minutes, add beef stock and corn starch and stir on medium high heat
- Once thickened reduce heat to simmer
- Plate cook rice (of your choice) add beef & peppers on top
- Enjoy!
