Beef Kababs (For Grill)
Ingredients
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 green onions finely minced
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- You will need: 1 1/2 lbs. beef steak, cut into cubes 1 sm. red or possibly white onion cut into cubes 12 cherry tomatoes 1 bell pepper, cut in cubes 12 fresh mushrooms
- Alternate pcs of meat with onion, tomatoes, peppers, and mushrooms. Have grill ready and heated. Place skewers on grill, turning occasionally till meat is cooked to medium and vegetables are tender, about 10 min. Baste occasionally during grilling with sauce mix. Let skewers cold about 1 minute. Remove onto plates with a fork. Serve the Kababs over Rice Pilaf.
