Beef Chalupa
Ingredients
- 3 pound pork roast, trimmed of fat
- 1 pound pinto beans or possibly 2 c.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced up
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can minced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients into large pan, cover with water. Cover and cook adding water if needed for 6 hrs, remove and break roast, cook with lid off till thick. Serve on tostada shell.
