Beef Burritos
Great tasting American style burrito. Can be made with canned ingredients but I always use fresh, homemade ingredients. Ingredients
- 1 chuck roast
- 1 can of beef broth
- 16 oz cooked pinto beans or canned
- 1 6oz salsa bandera, or canned
- 7oz canned diced green chiles
Directions
- Brown cut up roast in pan with oil. Add beef broth and cook until meat falls apart (3 or 4 hours). Then add beans, salsa and chiles, according to taste.
- Roll in flour tortillas that have been warmed - add grated cheddar cheese. Also good with avocados and sour cream.
