Beef au Prunes
Ingredients
- 1.3 lbs of beef
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots (big)
- 10 fl oz of red wine
- 100 g of prunes
Directions
- Peel and cut the carrots in rounds; chop the onion
- Saute the onion in a little olive oil in a pressure cooker until translucent
- Then add the beef and carrots and cook on high heat for 5 mins
- Add the wine and prunes
- Seal the pressure cookers and cook for an hour
