Roast Beef Au Jus

- 8 pound Twined wrapped Whole Roast Beef (I use a Meat/Butcher Market)
- Salt & Black Pepper
- Onion powder
- garlic powder
- dash or two of cumin
- 2 cups Low sodium beef broth
Directions
- Season the entire roast well, add into a large roasting pan with beef broth, cover with foil and bake (for medium) 15 minutes per pound @ 400 F
- Allow to rest 10 minutes, slice
- I make 3 meals from one Roast.
- Lovely with garlic mashed potatoes
- Green Vegetable
