Beef And Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 x Celery, minced
- 16 ounce Kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1/2 x Minced head cabbage
- 28 ounce Tomatoes *
- 1 can Water in empty tom. can
- 4 x Beef bouillon cubes Minced parsley
Directions
- In a Dutch oven, brown beef. Add in all other ingredients except parsley; bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer, covered for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.
- Yield 3 quarts.* minced & liquid reserved
