Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 x Celery, minced
  • 16 ounce Kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 1/2 x Minced head cabbage
  • 28 ounce Tomatoes *
  • 1 can Water in empty tom. can
  • 4 x Beef bouillon cubes Minced parsley

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown beef. Add in all other ingredients except parsley; bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer, covered for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.
  2. Yield 3 quarts.* minced & liquid reserved
