Beef And Brew
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb stew beef
- 3 Tbsp. flour - (to 4 tbspns) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 can beer - (12 ounce)
- 1 pkt regular or possibly beefy onion soup mix
- 1 pkt brown gravy mix
Directions
- Cube stew beef. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat. In crock pot, mix beer, soup mix and gravy mix. Add in meat. Simmer on LOW 8 to 10 hrs. Serve over noodles or possibly potatoes.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
