BBQ Beef Tortillas

- 1 lb Beef Fajita Strips
- 2 c Frozen Corn
- 1 c BBQ Sauce
- Small tortillas, heated
- 1 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Cook Beef 4-6 min, or until browned
- Stir in Corn and BBQ Sauce
- Reduce heat, cover, and cook 5 min, stirring occasionally
- When heated through, spoon Beef mix down center of each Tortilla
- Top each Beef mix with Cheese
- Roll Tortillas up
