  • Basil-Mushroom Cups

    Ingredients

    • 1 and a half sheets of Pepprridge Farm Puff Pastry, (thawed)
    • 1 and a half tablespoons of butter
    • 8 mushrooms cut into quarters
    • one third a cup of red onion
    • 1 and a half teaspoons of chopped garlic
    • 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

    Directions

    1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees
    2. Heat butter in a skillet
    3. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic until mushrooms are sauteded
    4. Remove from heat
    5. Stir in cheese and basil
    6. Cut squares of puff pastry
    7. Make each into a little cup
    8. FIll cups with mushroom mix
    9. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown
    10. Enjoy!
