Basil-Mushroom Cups
yummy! Ingredients
- 1 and a half sheets of Pepprridge Farm Puff Pastry, (thawed)
- 1 and a half tablespoons of butter
- 8 mushrooms cut into quarters
- one third a cup of red onion
- 1 and a half teaspoons of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees
- Heat butter in a skillet
- Add mushrooms, onion, garlic until mushrooms are sauteded
- Remove from heat
- Stir in cheese and basil
- Cut squares of puff pastry
- Make each into a little cup
- FIll cups with mushroom mix
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown
- Enjoy!
