Barbecued Pork Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 8 ounce dry Chinese angel hair noodles
- 4 c. chicken stock
- 1 x leek cut diagonally
- 4 ounce shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 4 ounce cooked and sliced barbecued pork
- 1/4 tsp black sesame seeds
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add in noodles and cook till tender about 5 to 6 min. Drain and divide into four bowls. In stock pot, add in broth and soy sauce and bring to boil. Add in leek and cook for 1 to 2 min; add in shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 min. Then add in chili sauce and white pepper. Ladle soup into bowls and add in barbecued pork. Garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serves 4.
