Barb's Corn Bread
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 x Egg
- 1 can Creamed corn, 15 ounces
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased 9 X 13 pan or possibly 18 muffin c. for 20 to 25 min at 350.
- NOTES :This recipe is a close duplication of Chi-Chi's cornbread.
