Bangus Embutido
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bangus met flakes
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp pickle relish
- butter
Directions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Spread butter on aluminum foil
- Scoop desired amount of filling onto the foil
- Roll and cover the mixture in the foil, tucking both ends.
- Steam for 30 minutes
- Slice the embutido and Fry accordingly until golden brown.
- Serve
