banana muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup agave
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia (gelled)
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup flax seed
- 3 tbsp hemp protein
- 4 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- mix dry
- mix wet
- combine and bake at 400 for 12 minutes. makes72 small muffins
