1 cup sorghum flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup agave
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup chia (gelled)
4 bananas
1 cup walnuts
1 cup flax seed
3 tbsp hemp protein
4 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water
Directions
mix dry
mix wet
combine and bake at 400 for 12 minutes. makes72 small muffins
