Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorghum flour
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup agave
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia (gelled)
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 3 tbsp hemp protein
  • 4 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. mix dry
  2. mix wet
  3. combine and bake at 400 for 12 minutes. makes72 small muffins
