Baker's Best Chocolate Satin Sauce
Ingredients
- 8 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 c. c. water
- 1/2 c. c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. c. butter
- 1/4 c. c. liqueur orange, almond or possibly coffee (optional)
Directions
- Heat chocolate with water over low heat; blend till mix is completely smooth. Add in sugar.
- BRING to a boil over medium heat and boil 2 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in butter and liqueur.
- SAUCE can be stored in refrigerator and reheated over low heat.
