Baked Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless turkey light meat grnd
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 c. finely minced onion
- 1 c. finely minced carrots
- 1 c. no salt added tomato sauce
- 3/4 tsp rubbed sage or possibly oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 dsh poultry seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F / 190C.
- 1. combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix well.
- 2. Shape into balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
- 3. Bake 35 min till browned.
