Baked Polenta with Parmesan & Chives
Delicious baked side dish Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Polenta
- 1 cup vegetable stock (low Sodium)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoons finely chopped chives, garnish
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 350 F
- Using a baking dish add vegetable stock, cream, polenta and stir gently, add black pepper and stir again.
- Place into the hot oven and bake covered 10 minutes, remove from oven add grated parmesan cheese and return to the oven uncovered and bake additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven add chive garnish, serve and enjoy!
