Baked Lima Beans
Ingredients
- 2 can Lima beans
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Drain lima beans & put into baking dish. Cut butter over the beans. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard & salt. Sprinkle this mix over the beans. Stir in molasses & then pour lowfat sour cream over all. Bake 1 hour at 350.
