Baked Cube Steak with Mustard~Honey Sauce
Need a quick and delicious supper? Serve with garlic mash potatoes and a vegetable for a wonderful meal. Ingredients
- 2 Pounds rounded Cube Steaks
- dusting of corn meal
- dash of white pepper, garlic salt
- 1/4 stick melted butter
- Scant 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons Pure Honey
- handful of freshly chopped parsley
Directions
- On a non stick baking sheet pan (rimmed) add cube Steaks (dust both sides with cornmeal), sprinkle garlic salt and white pepper add melted butter and bake @350 F for 18 minutes
- For the Sauce: In a small saucepan add mustard and honey stir and heat through
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley
