Baked Chicken Nuggets with a Honey-Dijon Dipping Sauce

- 2 boneless/skinless whole Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- s & p, to taste
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- scant 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt or sub sour cream
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- On a plate add crushed almonds and bread crumbs, cut chicken into large chunks and roll well to coat nuggets
- Place on a non stick baking sheet pan, drizzle with canola oil and bake for 20 minutes
- For the Dipping Sauce: Add all ingredients in a bowl, stir well and serve with baked chicken nuggets
