Baked Chicken Breast with White Gravy
Super simple yet so tasty! Ingredients
- 2-6 ounce each Plump Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Soak in Plain Yogurt 15 minutes
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Pan Gravy: 1/4 cup (scant) Light Cream
- 3 tablespoon chicken broth
- black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
- fresh chopped parsley
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- Using a non stick 8x8 baking dish add 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Soak Chicken Breasts in Yogurt, on a plate spread bread crumbs-add paprika-black pepper (mix), coat chicken and place into the baking dish, Bake 40 minutes
- In a saucepan add Pan gravy ingredients-stir until thickened, drizzle over chicken breasts.
