Baked Chicken Breast with White Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2-6 ounce each Plump Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Soak in Plain Yogurt 15 minutes
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Pan Gravy: 1/4 cup (scant) Light Cream
  • 3 tablespoon chicken broth
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
  • fresh chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
  2. Using a non stick 8x8 baking dish add 1/4 cup chicken broth
  3. Soak Chicken Breasts in Yogurt, on a plate spread bread crumbs-add paprika-black pepper (mix), coat chicken and place into the baking dish, Bake 40 minutes
  4. In a saucepan add Pan gravy ingredients-stir until thickened, drizzle over chicken breasts.
