Bacon Wrapped Franks
Ingredients
- 4 slc bread -- cut in 1/2" cubes
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp. water Salt and pepper
- 6 x frankfurters
- 6 slc bacon
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients; add in sufficient water to moisten, and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Slit frankfurters lengthwise, cutting almost through; stuff with bread mix. Wrap a bacon slice around each frankfurter, securing with a wooden pick. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 to 20 min.
- Yield: 6 servings.
