Bacon Wrapped Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 2 tsp chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
- 4 slc bacon, cut in half crosswis
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well; shape into 8 meatballs. Roll bacon pcs aroung meatballs, and secure with toothpicks. Saute/fry over medium heat till bacon is crisp and brown; drain off fat. If meatballs are not done, cover and simmer an additional 5 to 7 min.
