Bacon Layered Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Head cauliflower
- 1 head lettuce, torn
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn peas
- 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Bacon, cooked, crumbled
Directions
- Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Layer lettuce, cauliflower & peas in which order in a 3-qt bowl. Combine lowfat sour cream & mayonnaise, mixing well.
- Spread proportionately over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients in order listed. Cover bowl tightly & refrigerateovernight.
- Yields8-10 servings.
