Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Head cauliflower
  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn peas
  • 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Directions

  1. Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Layer lettuce, cauliflower & peas in which order in a 3-qt bowl. Combine lowfat sour cream & mayonnaise, mixing well.
  2. Spread proportionately over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients in order listed. Cover bowl tightly & refrigerateovernight.
  3. Yields8-10 servings.
