Bacon Bubble And Squeak
Ingredients
- 1/2 sm Savoy cabbage, shredded and washed thoroughly
- 8 x Rashers back bacon
- 400 gm Mashed potato, (14oz) Low fat spread for greasing
Directions
- Steam the shredded cabbage till soft. Grill the bacon till crisp, then cut into pcs with scisors. Mix the cabbage and the bacon into the mashed potato. Grease a shallow oven proof dish with the low fat spread. turn the mashed potato mix into the dish and bake in a medium oven at 190 /375 F/gas mark 5 for about 15 min or possibly till warm and crispy ontop.
