Avocado/Bacon Appetizers
Ingredients
- 8 slc bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 x avocados peeled and cubed
Directions
- Heat bacon fat in large skillet; add in onion, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat till onions are tender. Add in bacon and pour over avocado cubes. Mix lightly. Serve on small plates as a appetizer.
