Bacon And Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 6 slc Bacon
- 16 ounce Cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 2 med Onions -- sliced ds Salt and pepper
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup English muffins -- split
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk Split and toasted
- 5 x Hard cooked Large eggs -- sliced
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 . Fry bacon till crisp; remove from skillet and drain, reserve 2 Tb fat. Saute/fry onion in the reserved bacon fat. Stir in soup, lowfat milk, Large eggs, cheese, and seasonings. Pour mix into 9x13 inch baking dish; top with bacon. Bake for 20 min. Serve over muffin halves.
