Bacon And Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 6 x strips of bacon, fried and crumbled, reserve fat
- 1 sm onion, finely minced
- 25 lrg mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 x mushroom stems, finely minced
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and mushroom stems in bacon fat till tender. drain off excess fat. mix crumbled bacon, onion and stems with softened cream cheese till the mix is workable.
- stuff each mushroom and bake at 350 deg. f for 10-15 min. finish under the broiler just till tops are golden brown.
