Aubergine And Red Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- 1 x Aubergine
- 2 x Sweet red peppers
- 1/8 c. Vinegar
- 1 tsp May Garlic Black pepper
Directions
- 1. Grill aubergine and red peppers till sort. Skin the peppers (the peel should come right off) and scoop out the aubergine meat.
- 2. Put in the food processor, blender, or possibly bowl and elbow grease, and puree with the vinegar, may, garlic and black pepper.
