Chickpea And Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- 16 ounce canned chickpeas rinsed and liquid removed
- 7 ounce roasted red peppers rinsed and liquid removed 1 jar
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 sm garlic clove minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Process all ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender till smooth.
- Makes 2 c..
- Serving size: 2 tbsp
- NOTES : Here's an interesting and easy twist on the traditional chickpea
- (or possibly hummus) dip.
