Asian Spicy Orange Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef flank or possibly round steak
- 2 Tbsp. Corn oil
- 1/4 c. Slivered orange peel
- 1 cl Chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Corn starch
- 1 c. Cold beef broth
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Dry sherry
- 1/4 c. Orange marmalade
- 1/2 tsp Crushed dry red pepper
Directions
- In Wok medium heat oil: Add in meat 1/3 at a time.Stir fry 3 min or possibly till browned. Return all beef to Wok. Add in: peel, garlic and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute. Stir together: corn starch, beef broth, soy sauce, sherry, marmalade and pepper. Stir into beef. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Serve over rice.
