  • Apple Tarts with Caramel Sauce

    Delightful and Sinfully rich Individual Apple Tarts with Caramel Sauce easy to eat while your watching the game ,make sure you double the recipe ,they'll be gone in a flashEnjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 1- 17 ounce package puff pastry Sheets
    • 1/1/2 cups slivered Almonds
    • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
    • 2 tbls white corn syrup
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 4 large Granny smith Apples cored and sliced thinly
    • 1 egg beaten
    • Store bought Good quality Carmel sauce

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Cut the puff pastry into 8 -6 inch circles and set aside
    3. In a food processor finely chop the Almonds Add the sugar syrup and cream until well blended
    4. Place 2 tbls of the almond mixture in the center of each circle
    5. Place apple slices on top in a circle Brush the pastry that's around the apples with egg wash
    6. Place the Tarts on a lightly greased baking sheet
    7. Bake the Tarts for 15 minutes or until golden
    8. Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes
    9. Drizzle Caramel sauce on top and serve while still warm,It's a party in your mouth ENJOY!
