Apple Tarte Tatin Louise
Ingredients
- 10 whl Cox's Apples
- 1/2 ounce Butter
- 1 pkt Puff Pastry Sugar
Directions
- 1. Butter frying pan, layer in 1/2'd apples, cook 1/4 - 1/2 hour
- 2. Put in caramel bowl, pour over apples, care not to crack bowl
- 3. roll out pastry 1/2 inch too big. Slap on top
- 4. Cook - turn out carefully and quickly.
