Ingredients

  • 10 whl Cox's Apples
  • 1/2 ounce Butter
  • 1 pkt Puff Pastry Sugar

Directions

  1. Butter frying pan, layer in 1/2'd apples, cook 1/4 - 1/2 hour
  2. Put in caramel bowl, pour over apples, care not to crack bowl
  3. roll out pastry 1/2 inch too big. Slap on top
  4. Cook - turn out carefully and quickly.
